Fresh Pasta Delights opened its doors in 1984 with the purpose of providing fresh, homemade pasta with outstanding customer service to the food service industry. We started as a real mom and pop business focused on making fresh pasta and ravioli. Over the years we have evolved into a full service fresh pasta manufacturing company offering a comprehensive and creative product line. We take pride in creating artisan, homemade fresh pasta.

We are your go-to pastificio for quality, on-time, and creative fresh pasta. There is no limit to what we can create for Chefs, restaurants, hotels, country clubs, and convention centers. We specialize in manufacturing and distributing fresh pasta for chefs to enhance their quality presentations while decreasing preparation time. With over 30 years of experience we have earned the respect and support of many successful chefs in Texas. However, we do not rest on our laurels and past; we are only as good as your last batch of fresh pasta.

However, the pastabilities for fresh pasta are limitless, which is one of the aspects we love about fresh pasta, and we make more than the pastas displayed in the photos. We are always open to creating new shapes, sizes, flavors, and fillings. We also manufacture a variety of gluten free and vegan fresh pasta to address chef’s dietary requirements. Lasagna, Baked Ziti, manicotti, cannelloni and pasta sauces are also made fresh and frozen (no preservatives). Pre-boiling and proportioning are additional services we may provide the chef.

Delivery

We deliver in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and ship overnight to Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Texas. If outside this area please let us know in advance and we can ship to you for an additional charge. All shipping rates will vary based on weights.
